I was scared before sending the scissors but after I received them back i am super impressed. Not that the scissors only feels brand new i also got the whole scissors care kit with it. Extremely recommended.
Will definitely use this service again, instead sharpening i would rather call this refurbishment. Send only scissors, got back sharpened item and service items as well. Thank you!!!

canrt find best sharpening service in the uk appart from Ninja. i got 7 scissors sharpened and they feel like brand new again not from look though but the blades feels brand new.

Was a problem with my scissors after sharpening. I sent them back with an explanation of what’s going on with them as I couldn’t use them. They were replaced with a new pair. Very happy. Need to send my other pair back as I dropped them 🤦♀️. Just happy to have a fully working pair of scissors
Love my scissors I got off you over 4 years ago. Got a second pair. Only had to have sharpened twice each. That’s how good they are.
