Shipping

To meet our highest standards of service, all orders are shipped out within 24 hours from the receiving the order. Orders received over the weekend or during a holiday are shipped on the working day. All goods need to be signed for upon delivery.


Returns

We offer a full exchange/refund on all goods in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. All orders must be shipped back and received within 14 days of purchase in order for us to issue a refund, it takes up to 7 days for us to issue a refund once an item has been returned to us. Due to reasons of hygiene, combs, brushes and clips cannot be returned once the product packaging has been opened. 

The easiest way to return an unwanted purchase from our website is to return the item unused and in the original packaging to our distribution centre with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. Please include your original order number, email address and name so we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds.
